An order can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, for a full refund.
All refunds will returned to the same form of payment used in the creation of the order except for orders placed using a Sampath debit card.In this case the refund will be made in cash because of the nature of a debit transaction.
If for any reason an item is recevied damaged, defective or incorrect we will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense

6.1 If an order is cancelled with 12 hours of being placed it will be elligable for a full refund
6.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be refunded or returned.
6.3 Exchanges may be possible but will be at our discretion and determined on case by case basis.
